Before I joined Sheepdog in January 2019, I didn't really have any fitness goals or plan. I went for jogs and beer league roller hockey but nothing that really pushed me to improve. With some encouragement from my wife, I called Sheepdog and signed up.

Before I knew it, I had settled into the 530am class and was going 4-5 days a week. Started getting stronger and learning the techniques. I could feel and see the improvement which pushed me to do more. Every time I thought I was getting the hang of a movement there would be something new the next day. The intensity, the competition and the community keep me coming back, even the days I don't feel like waking up. We are all in it together, supporting and improving and most importantly, no one finishes alone.”
