The Adult CrossFit program at Sheepdog CrossFit is centered around improving your fitness level across a range of criteria. Goals are achieved by training all athletes in the skills of Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, and Cardiovascular Endurance. Training across this broad spectrum, allows Sheepdog’s clients to achieve a level of fitness that will improve their performance in recreational sports, personal activities and day-to-day physical tasks, when outside the gym.

Sheepdog Fitness

Here we incorporate circuit training, partnering, Chipper/HIIT (high intensity interval training), AMRAP (as many reps/rounds as possible/EMOM (every minute on the minute), and Tabata style workouts to a 45 min class. If you don’t know what these training styles are it’s ok, our certified coaching staff will help you every step of the way.

Youth CrossFit L1

8:30-9:00 AM

Youth CrossFit Level 1 fitness classes are offered 2 days per week for 30 minutes for kids between 5 to-10 years old.

Kids are taught fitness skills for moving their body and external objects in safe ways through effective patterns of movement. Most Sheepdog Youth CrossFit workouts are completed with the perspective of a “game” so that everyone learns to have fun during physical fitness

Youth CrossFit L2

9:00 - 10:00 AM

Sheepdog’s Youth CrossFit Level 2 program is offered 2 day for kids between 11 to-15 years old (depending on body awareness level).

Our Youth L2 CrossFit classes are run similar to our adult classes but delivered in a shortened 45 minute class.

As with our adult program, kids are coached in a group, helping them develop teamwork, leadership and confidence outside of the regular classroom experience, where they spend most of their days.

CrossFit for Teams

Sheepdog CrossFit’s team programming can be specifically tailored to meet the needs of any sport that your team may play. We’ve had experience with soccer, football, hockey, swimming, water polo and several others that have invested in Sheepdog’s team training. These teams have experienced huge improvements within their specific sport, as well as an increased camaraderie amongst the team’s players.
